Responding to People in Crisis:

Heart to Heart is utilizing a global network of Forward Response Centers to help people in crisis get the aid they need quickly and efficiently. Located at the FedEx hub in Subic Bay, the Philippines, the East Asia/Oceania FRC responds to crises throughout the region with shipments of relief supplies.

This FRC became operational in December 2006 to help people affected by a cyclone that struck the Philippines. Since then, this FRC has been instrumental in recent relief efforts to China.
