Africa: Zambia

Increasing Access:

Few countries in Sub-Saharan Africa have enjoyed as much lasting peace as Zambia. Still, the country is landlocked and many of its 12 million citizens are impoverished and in need of ongoing assistance from the humanitarian sector. Heart to Heart is supporting several medical teams to bring health to communities beyond the reach of most hospitals and clinics. We support teams such as Zambia Medical Mission with donated medicines, instruments and supplies.
