Heart to Heart started as an idea in a Rotary Club meeting in Olathe, KS. Throughout our history, Rotary clubs in the U.S. and around the world have helped open doors to government offices and critical funding for our international health initiatives. Today, Rotary clubs are helping take our WASH initiatives in Guatemala to the next level.
