This $34 million worth of medicine for asthma, infections, diabetes, high blood pressure, mental health and more will provide almost 300,000 courses of treatment for the people of Ukraine.

Pakistan Flooding Response

Pakistan’s 2022 monsoon season produced catastrophic levels of rainfall causing devastating floods. Hundreds of thousands of people are in displacement camps, with many lacking suitable shelter and access to food, clean water and sanitation. Almost 1,500 hygiene kits have already been distributed in villages through our partnership with Water Mission, and volunteers have assembled thousands more to send for more relief. Continuing support for Florida healthcare
|
|
|
HHI is supporting local Florida health organizations post-Hurricane Ian with portable medical clinics. Many patients said they would have gone without treatment if not for the portable clinics. This includes a 54-year-old gentleman with heart issues and high blood pressure who needed testing to determine if his medication should be adjusted. A medical provider was able to provide this testing and treatment change in the portable clinic. “The patient openly wept in thanks,” said representatives from the organization. Lab testing making a difference in patients’ lives
|
|
|
Heart to Heart International improves access to health by installing point-of-care laboratories in free clinics throughout the United States. These make a difference for patient care, including for a 57-year-old gentleman who came to the Medina Clinic in Grandview, Missouri, for a diabetes follow up. The testing was performed on site and according to the staff at Medina Clinic, “some minor changes to his medications were made, and he left the office with a brighter outlook on life.” Read more about how this program is making a difference.
